Coding agents sign their commits with Co-Authored-By: <model> by default, and Error Prone gives them no instruction to do otherwise: the repository has no AGENTS.md. Git and GitHub read every name in that trailer as an author of the commit, so a tool listed there claims authorship instead of recording which tool was used.

This adds an AGENTS.md with one rule: end commit messages with Assisted-by: <tool> (<model-id>), never Co-Authored-By:, and keep existing trailers when amending. Assisted-by: is the trailer the Linux kernel, Fedora, Mesa, and Zephyr settled on, and the human contributor stays the sole author.

The wording is copied verbatim from uber/NullAway#1811. It is deliberately one sentence with no rationale around it: every sentence in the file steers an agent, and the wording was chosen by running Claude and Codex agents against live repositories, where shorter or descriptive variants let Co-Authored-By: through. The test matrix and the reproduction prompt are in apache/jmeter#6760.

Coding agents sign their commits with `Co-Authored-By: <model>` by default, and the repository gives them no instruction to do otherwise. Git and GitHub read every name in that trailer as an author of the commit, so a tool listed there claims authorship instead of recording which tool was used.

Add an `AGENTS.md` with a one-sentence rule that asks for `Assisted-by: <tool> (<model-id>)` instead, the trailer the Linux kernel, Fedora, Mesa, Zephyr, and NullAway use.
